The dynamics of intellectual capital: interpretations, surveys and models of politics

Abstract

The article offers an analysis of the category of intellectual capital, its dimensions and survey traditions from the management and sociological points of view. The article also presents the links of intellectual capital with brain drain in transnational processes. A new sociological tradition of intellectual capital and brain drain surveys in Lithuania appears. The alternative patterns of models of politics and their dimensions are discussed.
